As a key designer on the team, I helped bring the event’s visual identity to life across both physical and digital touchpoints to create a seamless venue experience. My role spanned designing mainstage keynote visuals for high-impact screens, creating digital signage graphics, and developing custom swag for thousands of attendees.
Keynote and main stage displays
Designed the full motion graphics and visual package for the main stage’s ultra-wide screen array. Created ambient motion backgrounds, opening countdowns, speaker title cards, walk-in/walk-out visuals, transition bumpers, and custom layouts for fireside chats to maintain high-energy visual continuity throughout the keynotes
Venue digital screen system
Developed a scalable digital graphics system deployed across display screens throughout the venue. Ensured cohesive event branding, clear wayfinding, and consistent motion design across all dynamic touchpoints for attendees navigating the space.
Collectible patches
Designed a custom series of embroidered collectible patches for attendee swag. Translated CoreWeave’s technical cloud aesthetic into tactile, illustrative keepsakes that gave attendees a tangible connection to the event brand.
